How to delete my Jodi365 profile and account?

We promptly, permanently delete user profiles and accounts upon request. Users can submit deletion requests through Account Settings or the Contact Us form.

You only need to let the Customer Support team know that you'd like to have your Jodi365 profile deleted.  We respect our users' wishes and promptly, permanently delete their profiles and deactivate accounts upon request – typically within a day.

Users can submit deletion requests either through the Contact Us form or the live support-chat widget, while logged into their user account, or by emailing support@jodi365.com from their registered email address.
