• Fully manage the partner search process, including tactfully, discreetly handling inbound and outbound enquiries
• Curate potential matches and present handpicked matches for review (by phone/email) periodically
• Reach out to select prospects and get more background information as needed
• Discuss shortlisted prospects' potential compatibility and appropriate next steps
• Make personal introductions as desired and facilitate a conversation
• Continue curating and presenting matches regularly, as appropriate, even as conversations progress with previously introduced matches
• Remain available as a trusted intermediary, guiding you throughout the process of deciding who may be the right match for you
